The Experience of Mindfulness in the Kleinwalsertal

Get to know two people from the Kleinwalsertal who are each concerned with the topic of mindfulness in a highly individual way.

Herbert Edlinger, chef and wild herb expert, conveys his vision of cooking as naturally as possible with the riches that grow and flourish in the immediate vicinity. Short distance from field to fork is just one catchphrase that he brings to life on his “Meander through the gourmet region” walk.

Andi Haller, carpenter, certified permaculturist and mind coach founded the Narandi Lebensschule and you will be enthused by his ideals of minimising his ecological footprint as much as possible and living in harmony with nature.

The permaculturist and mind coach has launched an ambitious self-sufficiency project high in the Alps, motivated by mindfulness and a life with a minimal ecological footprint, in harmony with nature.
