The itinerary in the Kleinwalsertal valley focuses on mindfulness in dealing with our fellow man, natural resources and in particular with regard to the basis of our existence – food. Get to know two people from the Kleinwalsertal who are each concerned with the topic of mindfulness in a highly individual way.
Herbert Edlinger, chef and wild herb expert, conveys his vision of cooking as naturally as possible with the riches that grow and flourish in the immediate vicinity. Short distance from field to fork is just one catchphrase that he brings to life on his “Meander through the gourmet region” walk.
Andi Haller, carpenter, certified permaculturist and mind coach founded the Narandi Lebensschule and you will be enthused by his ideals of minimising his ecological footprint as much as possible and living in harmony with nature.
